These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Appyard website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (the "Site"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By using the Site, submitting an enquiry, or applying for a role through it, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page; your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 16 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, introducing malicious code, or using automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Site without our prior written consent.
The Site and its entire content, features, and functionality — including all text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Appyard or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
Where you submit information through the Site — such as a job application, CV/resume, or an enquiry — you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. We handle information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Some of our mobile applications are offered on a subscription basis, which may include an initial free trial period. Unless cancelled before the end of the applicable trial or billing period, subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval disclosed at the time of purchase, and payment is charged to the payment method associated with your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play).
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store. Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their own refund policies, as we do not process payments directly.
Prices, trial availability, and billing terms may vary by app, region, and promotion, and are always shown to you before purchase within the relevant app.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any linked third-party sites, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of that site.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Appyard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Appyard is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Site or for legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
